The Company
They are part of a FTSE 100 Financial Services organisation and have three major sites across the UK. They have experienced fantastic growth and great success over recent years and are looking to take the business to an exciting new level.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new division within this leading organisation, line managing a team to ensure it’s success and assist with the diversification of the business.
Heading up this new unit, you will be liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to detail progress, will be maintaining a focus on operational analysis to ensure efficiency.
Alongside this, you are able to remain hands on with data analysis, for example looking at acquisition rates, new customers, effectiveness of lending strategies etc., utilising your statistical capabilities and SAS skills.
Excellent long term progression prospects exist.

Requirements
– Strong numerical degree from a good university
– Line management experience
– Having worked in an operational environment, looking at efficiency improvements
– Experience in SAS would be preferred
