As part of the UK head office team, this hire is pivotal in the next phase of this company’s development to become more data-driven with its strategies.
The Role:
Sitting within the customer service department, you’ll be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders that will help improve business performance. Initial projects include; optimising the company website to improve user experience, understanding different ways to increase brand perception, and automating internal processes to boost the productivity of contact centres.
As a data specialist, the expectation is that you will challenge the business to enhance its data offering by unearthing projects above and beyond your remit and advising what technologies will benefit the organisation most.
The Successful Candidate is Likely to Have:
– Been educated to degree standard, preferably in a STEM-based subject
– Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualisation software
– The ability to bring data-driven stories to life for senior leadership
– Experience deriving business insights from different types of data
– A confident communication style, able to present findings in an easy-to-follow manner
