    Our client is a rapidly growing, independent consultancy that provide both business and technical solutions to top-tier and boutique investment clients.

    You Will Be Responsible For:

    • Managing the successful delivery of all software and development projects to the global client base. 
    • Creating and managing all governance artefacts, RAID log, change requests, project plans, Exec SteerCo packs etc.
    • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
    • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
    • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
    • Owning and safeguarding the project budget by actively managing project scope.  
    • Coordinating and chairing client meetings to report on project progress.
    • Providing timely and accurate project RAG status reporting to the internal PMO function.
    • An accomplished IT Project Manager
    • Extensive experience of managing the delivery of bespoke software implementations to external clients within the Financial Services sector, experience of private capital markets is desirable.
    • Experienced at negotiating successful outcomes utilising first class communication and influencing skills
    • Proven track record of managing Exec level stakeholders and the ability to interact with both business and technical teams at all seniority levels
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with an ability to multi-task/balance multiple parallel work streams independently
    • Exceptional attention to details, with the ability to see the big picture and think strategically
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to travel – including abroad. Values the benefits of working on client sites and from their London office when required.
