A rapidly growing eCommerce retailer based in west London who won ‘Retail Business of the Year’ at the recent start-Ups awards. They are looking for exceptional analytics professionals to help support the business growth, as well as identify business opportunities; designing, prototyping and implementing analytical solutions and deliver significant change throughout the company.
The Role
This is a managerial position, with the responsibility of a CRM analyst directly reporting into you. In this highly influential role, the main focus of the position is to understand customer behaviour and promote retention across the business. It will involve modelling to predict how long a customer will stay, and what products they are likely to purchase, as well as around the long term retention of customers.
You will largely be working with SQL, with Python recently having been implemented on the team, and training opportunities available.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Someone who feels comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, and delivering insight
- Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject
