This is your chance to play a leading role in building out a data strategy team for a major telco client account, which requires significant support.
Your team will need to know who the customer is and be the voice of the customer within the agency to enable best in class customer experience.
You will be responsible for guiding the overall vision of how the agency will operate alongside the client’s own internal analytics and marketing functions, to best target their customer base and develop a more data driven proactive approach towards customer retention.
Even at this level, demonstrating an excellent working culture, up to 30% of your working week will be allocated to non-billable work, including personal training and development.
