The Role:
After a number of successful years building industry leading products which have been instrumental to the success of the business, the organisation is now looking to build on that sustained success.
Here’s a few of the key responsibilities:
– Develop data science teams, promoting innovation, collaboration, and growth.
– Create strategic roadmaps for ML-based forecasting algorithms
– Nurture the business data science strategy and vision, prioritising impactful initiatives.
– Be comfortable running a team of 10+ individuals
The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills & experience:
– Significant data science experience, ideally 5 years + with experience specifically from an environment where supervised machine learning on tabular data is used to predict behaviour.
– Significant experience with time series data (preferred)
– Experience leading a team of Data Scientists
– Experienced working with developers, product managers and other business functions.
