A boutique consultancy that has seen a significant increase in their clients looking for data-led services are looking to bring in a new head of data, in order to continue to drive sustained growth.
The Role
Leading a small but highly capable team of analysts, developers and engineers, you will be tasked with building a new data platform in order to deliver on continued client demand for data-led products.
Working closely with the product team, and reporting to the CEO, this will be the most senior figure in data for the business and you will be expected to be particularly involved with clients both from a business development perspective, and explaining current and new models from both a technical and business case perspective.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
– At least 7 years commercial data and analytics experience
– Extremely competent with SQL, tableau, R and predictive analytics experience
– Ideally possess a consulting background
– Strong stakeholder management experience
– Proven experience of leading projects
