    The Company

You’ll join an established UK professional services firm in North London, supporting businesses and individuals across a broad range of advisory disciplines. The organisation combines a modern Microsoft-based technology environment with structured hybrid working and a collaborative approach to delivery. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers in a setting that values ownership, professional development and continuous improvement.

You’ll shape the data platform, strengthen governance and data quality, and improve reporting, automation and CRM capability across the organisation.

Working closely with Partners and senior leaders, you’ll translate complex analysis into commercially relevant insight and influence wider technology decisions. The role also includes building and developing a high-performing data team. Longer term, there is scope to create a commercial data and analytics service offering, turning internal capability into new client-facing opportunities.

    • Advise senior leaders on performance, profitability and commercial opportunities
    • Lead reporting and visualisation across Power BI, Excel and related tools
    • Drive automation using Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
    • Shape CRM governance, integration, development and workflow optimisation

    Benefits and Perks

    • Hybrid working
    • Private medical insurance and life insurance
    • Contributory pension and income protection
    • Enhanced annual leave based on length of service
    • Enhanced family leave
    • Health, wellbeing and eye-care support
    • Volunteering and fundraising opportunities
    • Ongoing professional development and internal workshops
    • Regular social and team activities
