The Role
You will understand how data science intersects with decision making, and how that applies to real client problems – from where their stores should be located, to implementing algorithms that predict the best price for each and every customer.
You will help lead and grow the departments external profile as well as the talented individuals within them.
You’ll run high-profile projects to answer complex strategic questions using data; persuading their clients to follow the right data-driven strategy; helping continue their growth trajectory through pitching for new business and growing and retaining existing clients; and helping to build out their core propositions and products.
The Individual
- Strong line management experience
- Understanding of wide-ranging data science techniques
- Strong knowledge of experimental test design techniques
- Identification and management of KPIs aligned to strategic and tactical business objectives
- Contribute to client and organisational vision pieces
- Capacity to build excellent working relationships with clients and internal colleagues
