Position Overview: Global Client Growth Lead
As the global client growth lead, your role will be pivotal and involve driving the expansion of client engagements, both new and existing. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with clients, delivering compelling presentations, and directing thought leadership incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand and deepen relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal teams).
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Drive the growth of existing client contracts and revenue, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn, ensuring clients receive continuous value from the partnership.
- Implement and monitor systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client value, profitability, growth, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance analyses and provide data-driven insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform growth strategies.
- Spearhead and contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights with clients and the wider market.
