The Role
As a GenAI Full Stack Engineer (Managing Consultant), you’ll design, build, and scale innovative AI-powered applications. You’ll work on proof of concepts with cutting-edge LLMs and frameworks, take them through to production, and lead projects that span full-stack engineering, cloud, and infrastructure. You’ll also mentor others and play a key role in driving technical excellence and client success.
Essential Skills

Active SC clearance (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years consulting experience

Back-end: Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript (Express)

Front-end: React with TypeScript (Next.js or Vite)

Proven GenAI experience (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Vercel AI)

Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, Ollama)

Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure

Containerisation & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

Databases: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB, etc.)

CI/CD and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)

Strong communication and leadership skills in agile environments
