The Role
This role falls within the Business Technology unit, a team which is a growing and dynamic community of technology professionals. They’re passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, and innovative digital services and products.
You will be a management consultant who specialises in Agile delivery, coaching and working in ERP environments. As part of the role, you will deliver transformational programmes, foster collaboration and champion Agile practices.
This position fall within their Agile delivery, Scrum, and coaching capability and your role includes key responsibilities from each of those 3 disciplines: Transformation and Migration of ERP Systems, Agile Delivery, Delivery Management, Change Management, Team Leadership, Driving Cultural Change, Learning and Development and Future Trends and Innovation.
The Successful Candidate
- Practical experience in applying Agile methodologies within ERP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, and O365.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP applications, with a focus on both functional and technical aspects of platforms like S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, and O365.
- Insight into industry trends and their effects on ERP strategies, business operations, and service offerings.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and how they can be integrated within ERP environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, fostering motivation and effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, to drive team performance.
