The Role
You will be working to utilise the vast data sets to analyse customer journey from the website click-throughs to product delivery using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Google Analytics. Working across a breadth of functional areas including sales, marketing and product you will be using advanced analytical techniques to increase customer acquisition and retention.
You will be working in a start-up atmosphere with an opportunity to help shape the way this team and service evolve. As new challenges arise, the role will change and develop making this is a fantastic chance for a creative, adaptable analyst to make a real impact on a pioneering business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 or equivalent in a numerical subject from a top UK university.
- Experience using analytics in a commercial environment.
- Great communication skills.
