The Role
This position will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing analysis of website and mobile analytics to support the digital development and commercial strategy of the business.
A highly analytical mindset is needed to deal with the day to day challenges an E-commerce online analyst would face in this role, ranging from but not limited to implementing new customer lifetime value metrics, forecasting and ongoing budgeting analysis for online channels and identifying website development opportunities to meet commercial objectives.
The Individual
- Strong technical grounding in both Google Analytics and Excel.
- A thorough grasp of key online marketing channels: paid search, SEO, affiliate, CRM.
- The ability to generate new ideas which are aligned with the needs of the business.
- A solid understanding of web and app UI best practice and usability.
