A rapidly growing British eCommerce retailer based in West London who won Retail Business of the Year at recent Start-Ups awards. They are looking for exceptional analytics professionals to help support the business growth, as well as identify business opportunities; designing, prototyping and implementing analytical solutions and deliver significant change throughout the company.
The Role
As a Digital Product Analyst you will have full ownership of web analytics in support of a wider Digital Products function. Through the application of complex analytics, this role will underpin all Digital Product projects whilst also developing bespoke analytical tools in order to measure performance KPIs such as conversion rates and map out website gap analysis.
As a relatively newly formed business there is a lot of flexibility, they are a company who promote knowledge sharing and as such provide a strong culture of continual learning.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SQL coding and data querying.
- A well established understanding of a variety of data models and the ability to make these scale-able for business application.
- Good communication skills in order to explain analytics to less technical team members.
Desirable
- Professional experience in Data Modelling, Behavioural Analysis and Data Processing.
- Ability to build bespoke reporting tools to show web performance KPIs.
- Web Analytics focus ideal but not essential.
- Experience working alongside Developers.
