The Role
The focus of this team is on taking Data Strategy into the future using a scientific approach to ensure everything Marketing Science does is measured effectively to show business value. You will be responsible for knowing who the customer is and being the voice of the customer within the agency to enable best-in-class customer experience. this can be achieved in a variety of ways:
- Ensuring there is enough client data readily available to work on providing actionable insights and if not, sourcing third-party data on behalf of the client
- Knowing your client’s data inside out – whether that’s simply the customer segmentation all the way through to the data infrastructure
- Driving measurement, ensuring Marketing Sciences are building the right models, and leading clients towards the right optimisation methods – now how’s that for tangible responsibility?
Having recently won a lot of new business this is a growth position as we look to cement our position as the industry leader in Marketing Sciences across the UK.
You will also be tasked with staying abreast of developments within the marketing and consumer insight field, ensuring you and more junior members of the team are operating at the forefront of the intersection between data and technology.
The Candidate
- Experience within an agency or consulting environment
- A strong understanding of statistical methods and customer profiling techniques
- Confident building data visualisations, any tools considered
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
