    Partnered with the likes of Volvo, Tui and Nespresso to name just a few of their blue-chip clients, the business has spent over a decade building a genuinely data-driven culture with regular hackathons, and social events and even a technical mentor assigned to you when you first join to allow you to focus on developing across various areas of interest across the technology space. 

    Progression and retention is excellent across the business with members of the team staying put for numerous years and driving a particularly data-driven culture with regular opportunity for up-skilling and progression. The work environment is predominantly remote, with team members travelling into the office roughly one a quarter.

    The Role:

    Reporting directly into the CPO this is a role that has unique visibility throughout the business setting the ML strategy as the business acting as the product owner for a small but highly capable data science unit. 

    Here’s a few of the role’s responsibilities:  

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, engineers leads, and delivery product managers to conceive, develop and launch innovative capabilities using machine learning
    • Own the product development lifecycle, gathering customer feedback, writing user stories, shaping research, and ensuring continuous iteration.
    • You’ll be tasked with framing the research and development priorities for the data Science Unit
    • Define and track success metrics, measuring user success based on usage statistics, analytics, and customer feedback.

    The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills and experience :

    • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on data science and digital products.
    • Experience working with data scientists and AI product developers.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment 
    • Familiarity with B2B SaaS solutions and value-based pricing.
