The Role
This organisation are putting data at the centre of everything they do, with their Data Engineering team powering a major transformation, building the pipelines and platforms that turn raw information into game-changing insights.
As a Data Engineer, you’ll bring your cloud expertise, strong engineering skills, and a knack for translating complex data into real business value. You’ll join a tight-knit team of 14, working through an ambitious roadmap, integrating new data sources, crafting analytics-ready data marts, troubleshooting issues, and constantly refining how they work to deliver smarter, faster.

Core tech stack includes: GCP, Git, Python, SQL and Airflow
The Candidate
- Several years of cloud-based Data Engineering experience within a major cloud platform, in particular GCP
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting
- Experience with cloud data orchestration tools
- Familiarity with managing the promotion of data pipelines into production environments (e.g., using Git-based CI/CD tools).
- Proven track record of improving data organisation efficiency through automation strategies.
- Experience working within Agile or other rapid application development methodologie
