Joining a growing data team (currently with two senior data analysts), you will help deliver clear, impactful insights that shape real decisions across the organisation. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced analysts, contribute to core reporting foundations, and build visualisations that directly influence product and commercial outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone early in their data career who wants meaningful responsibility and hands-on growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain SQL models that power the organisation’s data layers
- Create and refine dashboards and reports using leading BI tools
- Define and track KPIs for product, commercial, and delivery teams
- Translate performance metrics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Support teams across finance, product, marketing, and operations with ad-hoc data requests
- Collaborate with data and product stakeholders to document logic, definitions, and assumptions
- Take ownership of defined reporting domains or datasets as you grow in the role
Your Profile
- 1–2 years of post-university experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or comparable role
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with modern data pipeline or data transformation tools
- Experience using BI or data visualisation platforms
- Commercially minded, with confidence in feature sizing, forecasting, and data modelling
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Proactive, independent self-starter able to work on well-scoped tasks and ask thoughtful questions
