As the business insights specialist, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven transformation, utilising our state-of-the-art cloud-based data lake and analytics platform. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our approach to business intelligence, impacting teams across the organisation and redefining the dining experience for our esteemed customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Unravel complex data sets and craft insightful management reports that drive data-driven decision-making and enhance performance across the business.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop captivating visualisations, including interactive dashboards and reports.
- Provide data support to the marketing teams, maximising the potential of CRM and influencing strategic direction.
- Ensure accurate and timely information sharing with key data partners within the organisation.
- Curate the business intelligence inventory, maintaining only the most useful and relevant reports.
- Identify and leverage new data opportunities, contributing to various projects across the company.
- Tackle data-related issues with precision and efficiency.
Your Skill Set:
- 2 years of data and analytics experience preferably within a Business Intelligence capacity.
- Possess advanced technical expertise in SQL and Microsoft Power BI or equivalent, enabling you to wield data with finesse.
- Understand data management disciplines, advocating best practices throughout the organisation.
- Thrive in presenting large, complex data sets in user-friendly reports, effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
