This position involves working independently and collaboratively with a team that involves cyber security, infrastructure, and software development. The responsibilities for this job role will involve:
- Being responsible for the development and implementation of threat prevention capability, system hardening and secure configuration across the organisation.
- Tracking the compliance of systems through monitoring and auditing.
- Any findings will need to be shared effectively so the attack surface is minimised.
- Analysis of existing endpoint security capabilities and system baselines and determining appropriate controls and benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of major programming languages, including scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of Active Directory threats.
- Experience developing and implementing application control rules.
- Knowledge of Windows system internals.
- A broad understanding of security concepts and cyber security.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Degree in cyber security or relevant subject
- Be receptive to learning new tools and current security practices.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines, sometimes in high pressure situations.
