They are seeking a Cyber Risk Consultant to become part of the team. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious and motivated to make a positive impact. This is a remote-first role designed to promote flexibility without sacrificing collaboration. The team stays closely connected through digital collaboration tools and meets regularly in person to build relationships, celebrate achievements, and plan ahead. Clients are often involved in these sessions to share their challenges and objectives.

The Role
- Operate at the intersection of cybersecurity and business operations to evaluate security maturity and perform cyber risk assessments.
- Work closely with clients, sharing draft outputs and work-in-progress materials to gather feedback throughout engagements. This includes applying internal methodologies, recognised industry frameworks, and open-source tools.
- Determine critical assets and priorities, assessing the potential operational impact of cyber risk scenarios.
- Lead interviews and workshops, document findings, analyse collected information, and identify themes or insights to help shape practical, risk-based recommendations in collaboration with colleagues.
- Approach complex challenges methodically by breaking them into manageable components, clearly recording assumptions and estimates made during the process.
- Take ownership of smaller engagements or individual workstreams when required, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Some assignments may involve travel to client locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of £35,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- 25 days’ annual leave in addition to public holidays.
