The Role
This position will support the Analytics Manager in driving strategic decisions across all marketing activities. Expect to be using high levels of SQL and Excel to analyse all subscription data (which is the main focus for the company at present), develop customer segmentation and targeting campaigns, and manage all aspects of the data selection and processing for the monthly Direct Mail campaigns. All of the above will assist in allowing the analytics function to hit their KPI targets of customer loyalty, customer attrition and returning on marketing investment.

Successful candidates are likely to have:
– Advanced Excel skills; a grounding within SQL, VBA and Tableau would be beneficial

– Stellar academic record, ideally in a numerate subject
– Demonstrated strong attention to detail and problem solving logic
