As a CRM Manager with the responsibility of overseeing a dedicated team of CRM Executives. Your role with cover:
- Devising and implementing highly efficient customer campaigns throughout the multichannel experience to optimise revenue generation.
- Profoundly comprehending the customer database, spanning across aspects of customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and churn.
- Leading and managing a team of 5 CRM Executives, ensuring their tasks are executed effectively, and assuming a prominent role in project and process leadership.
- Conducting a meticulous analysis of campaigns to evaluate their performance and efficacy, and then applying the insights gained to inform future campaigns and shape the overall marketing strategy.
Experienced desired:
- A positive outlook and a proactive approach, with a willingness to take the lead and showcase the CRM’s significance to the organisation.
- Outstanding communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with both the team and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching.
- Prior involvement in CRM within a multichannel environment, with a specific focus on email marketing.
- Involvement in key initiatives such as customer segmentation, campaign personalisation, automation, and a deep understanding of the customer journey across various touch points.
- Experience in either HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Braze or SugarCRM
