They are looking for exceptional analytics professionals to help support the business growth, as well as identify business opportunities; designing, prototyping and implementing analytical solutions and deliver significant change throughout the company.
The Role
Technology is at the heart of this fast paced organisation, and working as a CRM Analyst, you will utilise your experience in SQL and Salesforce to deliver end to end CRM campaigns and life-cycle activity. You will support and challenge the business to ensure they communicate with existing customers in a targeted way and act as the point of contact for the CRM team providing support on campaign efficiency and activity automation.
Through supporting the optimisation of CRM campaign effectiveness this role will ultimately allow the CRM Team to drive increased audience value, tell better stories and prove business impact.
Requirements
- Professional experience in data analytics (ideally in marketing or CRM).
- A strong STEM subject degree.
- Solid proficiency with SQL.
- Ambition to progress within a growing business.
