A rapidly expanding British brewery based in north London, who have experienced growth of 80% year-on-year and have some really exciting project plans in the pipeline.
The Role
The continuous improvement (CI) coordinator is the key user for warehouse IT systems and is responsible for identifying and delivering projects that reduce costs or improve efficiency, safety and engagement.
You will work closely with the head of logistics and logistics team leaders and managers to establish and map current processes, using lean methodologies identify gaps and room for improvement within those processes and provide a recommended framework to improve those processes.
This role will require good stakeholder management as the business grows and logistics processes span to include more people and more complexities
The Candidate
- Strong MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- FMCG sector expertise
- Track record of effective change management
