Sitting in their central London office, you will heavily strengthen your compliance skills across the board, with your influence on the team, and leadership in meetings, being set in stone from day one.
You will ensure that policies and procedures are updated, complete gap analyses, and enhance controls where needed. You will also conduct regulatory development assessments, respond to anti-money laundering queries, and consistently monitor compliance activity, with plenty more on top.
From both a technical and a soft-skills perspective, this breath of responsibility will see your development spike, as you will be leading meetings from the get-go and putting your stamp on clients’ compliance.

What You Need:
- 3-5 years of financial services compliance experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of regulatory hosting.
- Professional understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stand-out organisational skills and attention to detail.
