With a £2.5 million investment, the business has grown to 40-45 employees at its Central London headquarters, with plans for further expansion.
As a Commercial Assistant, you will support the CEO with strategic planning and market expansion, maintaining relationships with CEOs and investors, and conducting market research in the reg-tech industry. Your responsibilities will include preparing analytical reports, assisting with investor pitches and presentations, coordinating with various departments to align operations with strategic objectives, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will facilitate team communication, coordinate client presentations and product demos, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes to ensure follow-up on actionable items.
- Holds a degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting a CEO or Founder in a similar capacity.
- Experience in a startup environment, with a preference for the FinTech sector.
- Fluent in English and French, ideally native in French or commercially proficient.
- Capable of using various technologies, including Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Taskworld, Panda Doc, and Pipedrive.
