The Role:
This opportunity will help you develop technically and commercially, putting you at the centre of Ocado and its future success.
As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role working to evolve the way products are sourced, whilst also identifying the most efficient route to market and the right supply partners to work with. Expect to be working with a wide range of stakeholders including Buying, Product Technical, and Supply Chain.
You will take a data-led approach to ensure that the sourcing journey of products is fully optimised and use a variety of data sources to provide data-led recommendations to support supplier negotiations.
About you:
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Exceptional commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in a retail/e-commerce commercial function or in an FMCG commercial environment
- Ideally, you will have experience working within the food supply chain
