CDO – We’re working exclusively with a private equity backed start-up to source a CDO who will be required to set and execute the technology strategy for their highly successful products which use machine learning to increase sales. As CDO you will be tasked with bringing maturity to a team of circa 50 people, structuring and scaling the team to ensure the technology road-map will be delivered while having a clear eye on how product and technology collaborate.
Who will the CDO be?
- You will be able to demonstrate you have owned the technology strategy, the end-to-end delivery, and operational support of complex platforms.
- You will be a pragmatic engineering leader who will evolve the maturity of the team, their processes in place, whilst driving a commitment to quality and executing the long-term vision.
- You will work closely with the C-Suite and investors, collaborating at a strategic level to ensure the technology and product are aligned to business goals.
- You will be able to discuss how you have structured and scaled engineering organisations to cultivate a product-focused mindset.
