Key Responsibilities as BI Lead:
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, ensuring top-notch productivity and high-quality project delivery. Take the lead on significant initiatives.
- Spearhead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from gathering requirements, scoping, and conducting stakeholder meetings to testing, implementation, documentation, and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with our broader Data team to ensure seamless alignment with business requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders and the executive board to effectively convey data insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the BI Platform and Infrastructure, managing troubleshooting, in-depth investigations, and addressing requests.
- Harness both internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implement efficient change management with thorough task and project planning, communication, testing, training, and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A strong background in Business Intelligence and/or Analytics.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following technical skills: SQL, Tableau, Excel, Domo, Alteryx, Looker, or PowerBI.
- A proactive, adaptable, and innovative personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Friendliness and passion, essential for effective team collaboration and data cultivation.
- In-depth technical understanding of Business Intelligence, data warehousing, data analysis, and visualization tools and technologies.
- Willingness to work both remotely and in the office.
