They have offices in the UK, EU and Australia and operate across a variety of sectors including manufacturing and healthcare
This position will see you service clients across the European customer base. You duties will include:
– manage the full Business Intelligence and reporting projects
– assisting with software installations and configurations
– document customer solutions
– prepare and conduct training for clients
– responding to client support queries
– assisting sales and pre-sales reps
We’d like to speak to you if you can demonstrate:
– effective communication skills
– experience of developing BI reports using tools such as Power BI, tableau, Qlikview etc
– good knowledge of relational databases
– willingness to travel to client site and expos when needed
