The Company
A household name in the consumer electronics industry. As this company looks to transition to a move innovative approach, you will have the platform to make a sizeable difference as the first analyst within the internal audit team, where you’ll focus on improving the efficiency of existing business processes.
The Role
As a BI analyst, your main task will be to modernise the data infrastructure within this arm of the company. Initial projects include; using Python scripting to improve the accuracy and time spent on manual tasks. Whilst also using Tableau to revamp the reporting structures to allow stakeholders to use self-serve dashboards.
Looking into the future, if this individual is successful, there is scope for further investment into analytics, with additional hiring already being discussed as phase two of their strategy.
The Successful Candidate Is Likely To Have
- Excelled throughout academia, ideally in STEM-based subjects
- Confidence in using SQL and different forms of data visualisation tooling
- Proven experience in business intelligence analytics
- Examples of streamlining internal processes to improve productivity
- Polished communication skills, able to present results to different audiences
