Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify target audiences and devise effective digital marketing strategies within the UK, France, and beyond.
- Develop and execute holistic digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels including social media, email, SEO, and SEM.
- Manage and refine paid search and social media advertising endeavours to optimize ROI and attain business objectives.
- Craft and curate engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
- Monitor website traffic and user behaviour, leveraging insights to enhance optimization and performance.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, maintaining precise branding and tone of voice throughout each campaign.
You will demonstrate a solid track record across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Additionally, expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years focusing on paid media.
- Demonstrated success in executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in website analytics (Google Analytics), social media platforms (especially LinkedIn & Twitter/X), and digital advertising best practices.
- Deep understanding of Google and LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with Meta ads is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- B2B marketing experience, ideally within the financial services and tech sectors.
- Competence in devising and executing SEO strategies.
