    Job Description 

    As an associate director of email marketing, you will be working on a team on a team of 7, directly reporting to the director to enhance, improve and make more impressions across the globe!

    • A/B testing to optimise email performance.
    • Lead and inspire a team of email marketing specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
    • Create a comprehensive email marketing strategy that drives results by improving the quality of product listings.
    • Identify and analyse problems and being comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information.
    • Develop a strategy for segmenting the target audience based on various criteria.
    • Maintain consistent branding throughout the email campaigns to reinforce supplier values and goals.
    • Outline a lead plan that involves a series of automated email campaigns. Describe the content and objectives of each campaign, taking the leads through the supplier journey.
    • Develop a content strategy that aligns with the different stages of the supplier journey.
    • Collaborate closely with, Data Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the email marketing stack.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the success of your email campaigns.

    Skills and Experience 

    • 6+ years of experience within marketing, email marketing and strategy background – preferably media or publishing.
    • Proven success managing the implementation, operation and overall cleaning of marketing automation tools and datasets at a highly technical level. 
    • Demonstrated capacity to craft holistic customer life-cycle programs that drive growth, adoption, engagement and retention.
    • Knowledge of the latest B2B CRM practices from both a commercial and regulatory perspective.
    • Strong communication skills with an ability to present and story-tell.
    • 6+ years experience with A/B testing and email marketing.
    • Good business judgement when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business.
    • A desire and a passion to perform in a fast-paced highly changing marketplace.
    • Experience with successfully achieving KPIs.
