    A boutique international marketing agency are looking to add a leader to their data practice. 

    Having experienced strong growth, enabling an international expansion over the last few years, this boutique agency are now looking to bring in an Associate Director of Analytics in order to further drive growth across the Data & Analytics practice.

    With an international client base & offices across the US, EMEA & APAC this is an exciting time to join a boutique agency and move away from larger corporate environments. 

    The Role 

    you’ll report to the Client Director for North America but have full responsibility for driving technical standards whilst being responsible for delivering both quantitative and qualitative research that deeply explores business and marketing objectives, & ultimately driving revenue growth for clients. 

    Responsibilities in this role: 

    • you’ll meet with both existing & new clients in order to determine their research needs across both Quant & Qual. 
    • You’ll assess & help shape client briefs.
    • Identify the appropriate tools and techniques to execute robust research
    • Manage the execution of projects and creation of high-quality outputs that provide context beyond the brief at hand. Delivering a strategic recommendation that helps to frame future goals and focus.
    • Support business growth by actively identifying new opportunities, developing materials and participating in pitches.

    The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills & experience: 

    • Analytical Expertise: Possess strong analytical skills to identify key business questions, analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
    • Data Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging manner, enabling the audience to focus on essential trends and insights.
    • Survey Design Proficiency: Capable of crafting concise, direct, and balanced surveys that effectively generate relevant and unbiased data sets.
    • Preferred Background: Ideally, candidates will have experience in an agency or consulting environment.
