A rapidly growing FinTech startup, using advanced analytics to provide insight for both consumers and businesses, allowing them to make better money-saving decisions. Having just secured major investment they are rapidly become a major player in the crowded FinTech space, and are now looking for highly talented analysts to help support this growth.
The Role
As an Analytics Manager, you will be accountable for the development and growth of a small team of operational business analysts, with the ultimate aim of collectively driving the organisation forward through the use of data. With a potential 6 direct reports, you will have the platform to show your flair for management, leading on-boarding projects for major UK retail banks and running SQL coding training sessions.
The development doesn’t stop there, as you will have the opportunity to enhance your analytical prowess working across all areas of the business. Further to this, you will have the prospect of adding a programming language to your skill-set, with this organisation offering specialised training in both Python and R.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- An exemplary academic record, preferably from a STEM- based degree.
- Technical expertise within Excel and SQL, knowledge of a programming language would be beneficial.
- A solid background in data analysis and reporting.
- Line management experience.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills.
