**The Role**
Sat within the AI Product Innovation team, which is a part of a wider analytics function of over 300 consultants, you’ll join a dynamic and fast-growing hub of product and data science expertise, including generative AI. You’ll be at the forefront of solving complex challenges with cutting-edge solutions.
Expect to continuously seek out emerging technologies, using design thinking and horizon scanning to uncover groundbreaking opportunities that inspire and transform businesses.
By rapidly experimenting and developing proofs of concept, you’ll turn ideas into fully operational AI products. You will collaborate closely with end users to drive adoption and maximize impact.
Beyond building AI solutions, you’ll rethink business operations by integrating AI into everyday workflows. The team’s expertise extends to establishing, managing, and scaling AI innovation capabilities, ensuring the right culture, governance, and sustainable AI practices are in place.
**Your Profile**
- A strong understanding of AI technologies, either from hands-on experience or from project exposure
- Experience in AI product delivery, ideally from discovery through to solution deployment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management
- Strong communication, storytelling and collaboration skills with stakeholders
