The Role:
To further their analytical capability this organisation have split their generalist approach into four divisions, with this position sitting in their dedicated customer success team. You’ll be hands-off with data, using your background in marketing and campaign analytics to bridge the gap between the analytics team and the client.
Unlike your usual customer success role, your responsibility doesn’t just stop at translating client requirements to the analytics team. You will offer new solutions where appropriate, interpret data, and create insightful presentations from analyst’s work to uncover the reasons behind data trends and anomalies.
Because you’ll be working from a strong foundation of hands-on data experience, you’ll be able to offer a higher standard of technical solution to the client to what they’ve experienced. You’ll look beyond what is being said and uncover the real roots to client issues from analytical insights. This will make the key difference in fostering client relationships, and improving your personal network from here.

What You Need:
- 5 years minimum of data analytics experience, preferably from a marketing analytics background.
- Proven examples of solving client issues with wider data strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written data storytelling skills.
- Out-standing commercial acumen.
- Confidence with client engagement and management.
- Preferred: A deep understanding of econometrics and market mix modelling.
- An economics or data analytics related degree.
