As a customer success manager, you’ll be responsible for handling client accounts, addressing their inquiries, conducting regular account evaluations, promoting application usage, and fostering enduring partnerships. We seek a technically adept, intelligent, and organised individual with a background in customer account management.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion and proficiency in computer software and systems, with experience in customer interaction and/or account management, whether in-person or over the phone. Enthusiasm and a polished demeanour are essential traits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all client requests
- Cultivate robust business relationships with key accounts, meeting crucial key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting routine account assessments
- Oversee client upgrades to ensure efficient utilisation of new features
- Prepare and facilitate client training sessions to ensure comprehensive support
- Contribute to software testing and Agile quality assurance (QA) processes, offering detailed feedback and improvement suggestions
- Analyse and resolve complex business challenges efficiently for both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the product
This position allows for flexibility to work remotely or in office – in Lincoln, but regular travel to client sites within the UK is a must.
