Position: Account Manager (Technical)
An exciting opportunity within my client’s esteemed Account Management Team, you’ll contribute to supporting, managing, and nurturing relationships with clients in the food industry.
You’ll be responsible for handling client accounts, addressing their inquiries, conducting regular account evaluations, promoting application usage, and fostering enduring partnerships. We seek a technically adept, intelligent, and organised individual with a background in customer account management.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion and proficiency in computer software and systems, with experience in customer interaction and/or account management, whether in-person or over the phone. Enthusiasm and a polished demeanour are essential traits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all client requests.
- Cultivate robust business relationships with key accounts, meeting crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conducting routine account assessments.
- Oversee client upgrades to ensure efficient utilisation of new features.
- Prepare and facilitate client training sessions to ensure comprehensive support.
- Contribute to software testing and agile Quality Assurance (QA) processes, offering detailed feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Analyse and resolve complex business challenges efficiently for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the product.
This position allows for flexibility to work remotely or in office – in Lincoln, but regular travel to client sites within the UK is a must.

- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (particularly Excel) and databases.
