Join our team as a ServiceNow Consultant in Stockholm, Sweden, working for a renowned UK-based IT consultancy firm. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your expertise in ServiceNow platform customisation and configuration will be pivotal in delivering top-notch solutions, ensuring alignment with our clients’ business processes and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM, to meet client specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, customisation, and optimisation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the assessment and improvement of existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with a track record of successful implementations.
ServiceNow certification(s) highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM.
Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.
